Day 1
Arrive in Anchorage today. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 2
Pick up a rental car today for the excursion south to Girdwood and Mt. Alyeska, then visit Whittier for the 26 Glacier Cruise Continue on to Seward this evening. Overnight in Seward.

Day 3
Return to Anchorage today. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 4
Take the Alaska Railroad north today. Weather permitting, views of Mt.McKinley are spectacular along the Susitna River Valley. Arrive in Denali Park this afternoon. Overnight in Denali Park.
Depart: 8:15 am      Arrive: 3:45 pm

Day 5
The day is free for the optional shuttle trip into Denali Park. Return to your lodgings at the park entrance this afternoon. Overnight in Denali Park.

Day 6
The morning is free in Denali Park. Board the Alaska Railroad this afternoon for the trip to Fairbanks. Overnight in Fairbanks.
Depart: 3:45 pm      Arrive: 8:15 pm

Day 7
The day is free in Fairbanks.   Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 8
Drive south by car today to Beaver Creek.   Overnight in Beaver Creek.

Day 9
Drive south to Skagway today. Take the White Pass and Yukon Excursion this afternoon. Overnight in Skagway.

Day 10
Board the Alaska Ferry this afternoon in Skagway and sail south along the Lynn Canal to Juneau. Overnight in Juneau.
Depart 4:30 pm      Arrive 7:00 pm

Day 11
The day is free in Juneau for hiking or a visit to the Mendenhall Glacier. Overnight in Juneau.

Day 12
The day is free for hiking in the Juneau area. Overnight in Juneau.

Day 13 - Wednesday-July 11
Board the fast ferry today for Sitka. Overnight in Sitka.
Depart 8:00 am      Arrive 12:30 pm

Day 14
The entire day is free in Sitka. Recommended is a visit to the Totem Heritage National Park and the Russian Church. Overnight in Sitka.

Day 15
Board the ferry this morning in Sitka for Wrangell. Overnight on board the ferry.

Arrive in Wrangell early this morning. Later today take the trip to An-An Bear Observatory. Overnight in Wrangell.
